Were Oxfordshire Mind. Over the last 53 years we have grown into one of the largest and most impactful charities in our region and we are proud to serve the Oxfordshire community.

We work with many partners in the NHS, local authorities and the third sector. We are founding members of the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership, the TalkingSpace Plus Partnership, and the Youth in Mind Partnership.
Our commitment to the people and the communities we serve is to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support; in total over 30,000 people in Oxfordshire access our services each year.
With one in four people experiencing a mental health problem at some point in their lives, people need Mind more than ever and especially so as result of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has affected the lives and wellbeing of us all.
As a consequence of our recent growth and to match the increased demand on our services as a result of the pandemic, we have established a new organisation design that sees the strengthening of our senior leadership team. This will enable us to meet our commitments, continue to grow and innovate, and continue making Oxfordshire Mind a vibrant positive place to work.
We are a truly remarkable organisation, and the new role of Director of Operations has been created in order to help us strengthen further. The purpose of the role is to drive the day-to-day operational excellence of four critical and varying functions - finance and resources, human resources, marketing and communications, and development and fundraising.
