An opportunity for a communications specialist with strong digital experience to lead the comms team and be the driving force behind the new digital strategy at this national charity that changes the lives of families with disabled children.
This role reports into a CEO who is excited by digital transformation, testing and incremental change.
As one of the Senior Management Team, you will take on the role at the beginning of a new organisational strategy that aims to increase the reach of the charity's information and advice service by increasing their digital capacity; to reach out to families earlier in their journey; and to better engage with families so that they can contribute and share their experiences with others.
This focus on digital is fully supported by the Board of Trustees, and there is enthusiasm across the organisation
You will lead and develop a team of 3 direct and 5 indirect reports
