We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who is able to support an organisational change programme and to work alongside the existing team to provide the additional capacity to manage the additional workload that will arise.
The organisation provides supported living and a care home currently delivered from three sites in south London. Pre-COVID there was a programme of change underway, which is now taking place alongside a wider service transformation review. The latest CQC inspection report rated the service as Good. The organisation is financially very sound.
Experience of working within the social care sector could be helpful, but is not essential. Equally, having worked in the charity or public sector organisations have a multiplicity of stakeholder accountabilities could also be relevant.
There can be flexibility around working patterns, but the ability to flex up would be helpful in order to be able to meet the peaks in activity that occur during any organisational change programme.
The intention is to have a start in late September or early October.
