Islington Mind is an award-winning organisation. This year our client-led LGBTQ+ service https://www.islingtonmind.org.uk/our-services/outcome/ has been shortlisted for Charity or Non-Profit Organisation of the Year at the British Diversity Awards.
As Head of Services and Quality you will hold lead responsibility for the strategic development and operational excellence of the range of mental health services that Islington Mind delivers to the individuals with a wide spectrum of mental health problems, and to their carers.
You will lead the development of our services as dynamic and evolving response that will meet the actual needs of the people we work, ensuring the design of services is the outcome of co-production, which is at the heart of our approach and central to our values as an organisation.
You will also oversee the quality assurance of our work, and lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of all our operational services. With responsibility for safeguarding you will ensure that at all times our services are compliant with relevant legislative, regulatory and quality assurance frameworks, and particularly the MIND Quality Mark (MQM).
