£32,075.00 FT (pro-rata for part-time)
30 to 37.5 per week, dependent on the successful candidates requirements

Based at four residential centres in Devon, Wiltshire, Surrey and a new centre opening in Kent, Amber offers a supported housing environment thats a little bit different. Not just training and support to address specific personal issues but new experiences and opportunities that raise aspiration and challenge residents to take responsibility for their lives and move forward.
As Quality & Data Analyst the successful candidate will initially lead on the implementation of their new evaluation framework and CRM system including training of staff, technical support and troubleshooting queries and liaison with their CRM provider.
This is a key role within the Amber team as you will work with internal staff across all levels and stakeholders to improve service delivery and quality, improving resident safety and experience, alongside assisting to streamline their operations.
