We're helping 20,000 young people across Ghana access STEM education.
Foundervine is a partner on the Ghana Science and Technology Prize to facilitate the generation of STEM ideas within the youth of Ghana, with the aim of helping them cultivate those ideas into enterprising products and solutions to address community issues.
The role
The Senior Program Manager role is an important position within this organisation. This role will oversee the program's departments day-to-day running, including managing programs across the UK and Africa.
You will lead the programmes team who are responsible for the complete setup and delivery of all programmes, projects and events within Foundervine. Key responsibilities include multi-stakeholder relationships, programme retention, account management and working cross-functionally with internal teams like marketing and operations to ensure all programmes are set up and delivered successfully. This also includes ensuring all customer needs are met.
In addition to overseeing successful design, planning and delivery of programmes this role also includes the strategic development and planning of the direction of the programmes team, budgets and money management, resource management, risk management, stakeholder management, people management and community development and growth.
