NFP managed the recruitment of maternity cover for our Executive Chair’s PA. This was a key role for our organisation with the PA acting as a bridge between the Chair and the professional team. We needed someone who could get on top of a wide set of relationships very quickly, manage a complex and varied workload and develop instant chemistry with colleagues with the potential for it becoming a permanent role depending on the circumstances.

The NFP team absorbed our candidate brief very well, including all the nuances that it’s not possible to express in a written job description and person specification. We delegated the long list interviews and these were conducted quickly and sensitively leading to a strong shortlist of candidates and useful insights from NFP. They also helped with question setting and observed the interviews. In the end the choice was clear but their insight and the personal level of service was very much appreciated and it led to an extremely successful appointment.
