I have had the opportunity to work with the team at NFP on a series of key assignments. These have related to important hires for new clients, many of whom were embarking on major projects or campaigns, or needing to bring in skilled resources as part of a restructure. As such client responsiveness and ensuring the right choice based both on skills and organisational fit have been essential.
I have to say that I have nothing but praise for the way NFP have handled these assignments. Not only have we found excellent candidates, but the process of working with the team on what have not always been straight forward briefs, has been both easy and pleasurable. A little bit about us
We've all previously worked in the sector. As volunteers, mentors, trustees and fundraisers. We love our work at NFP because we love working with non-profits and helping them build amazing teams who will achieve incredible things for their beneficiaries.
We're embarking on a journey to become a social enterprise. We don't know how long it will take or exactly what lies ahead but it's something we're committed to because we feel that model best reflects our values.
We know that life doesn't pause between 9-5. So we practise what we preach when it comes to flexible working and a family friendly culture. We care about our team and put people at the heart of the way we work.
Collaboration is much more important to us than competition. We don't work on a commission basis so each assignment is a team assignment. A success for our client is a success for all of us.
