They took the time to have a detailed conversation with me to find out what I was looking for in a new role. Paul went through each role carefully and discussed all aspects. 

I met with him to talk through some of the requirements of the roles I was interested in. He was professional, but warm as well, and I think this is what makes NFP stand out from other agencies. They go the extra mile - I felt at ease talking through what I wanted and they then could make the best selection for the client. 

The team was and is outstanding - I have never experienced the level of service from any other agency. They were dedicated to finding the role that best suited me and I felt that unlike some other agencies they were was also working for the candidate as well. I would and have recommended NFP. Paul was also keen to share his expertise with colleagues and give them the opportunity meet with candidates  from an employers perspective also  I think they went above and beyond and provided an excellent service to both parties.
