SRT is an exemplar human rights charitable foundation that is in the top 20 of UK foundations in terms of giving – circa £40m per annum.

NFP supported the newly appointed Director in the review of the current establishment, job roles and accountabilities to arrive at a new structure and alongside the reorganisation conducted a review of pay and benefits to reflect the market rates. We supported the population of the new structure, including the search and selection of a Chief Operating Officer.
