CSR
Long-term systemic change requires small steps and we’re taking them one at a time, whenever we can.
We were ‘new normal’ long before the term became widely used to describe the post-COVID world that embraces the multiple benefits of home working.
In 2017 we adopted a wholly remote working operation having done so in part since 2014.
In the bad old days we were collectively covering in excess of 50,000 road miles a year. Now, it is less than 5,000 and only when there is no public transport alternative.
As far as possible and allowable, we are also a paperless business.
We deliver a higher level of service at a lower cost
How we work means we do not pass on hidden overhead costs to the mission driven organisations we work with. Instead, we deliver a higher level of service at a lower cost. Simples.
Going remote was never just about the finances. It was also fundamental to our commitment being a diverse and inclusive employer and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
