Head of OD and Transformation
£70,000
Central London with hybrid working
Full-time, permanent

One of the UK's major charitable foundations is seeking an OD and transformation specialist to take forward the initial foundation work that will enable the organisation to evolve as one that is inclusive, learning and responsive to the grantees it funds.

As with any major funding organisation, the internal and external relationships are complex and there are a multiplicity of accountabilities so the role needs someone who is deft at navigating these waterways and able to steer the organisation in one direction by winning hearts and minds along the journey of change.

Reporting to a Director of People, the role offers the true change-maker the opportunity to focus on the strategy for transforming organisational practice and then developing the interventions to bring about the developments that will ultimately result in news ways of working that are genuinely inclusive and a culture that embraces learning to inform practices. In the contemporary world of grant-giving, the co-production of funding programmes designed to address mutual aims is of paramount importance so having worked in the grant-making context would be valuable but equally having worked within organisations that are in the receipt of funding will also have provided an understanding of the nature of the relationships at play and the accountabilities.
