The charity is a large provider of a range of care and education services to children and young adults with disability, principally autism, which has expanded significantly into other geographical areas.

NFP has worked with the Birtenshaw for many years making successful long-term appointments to Director-level roles as well as for a long-serving Chair of Trustees. Alongside this work we have conducted whole organisational pay and reward reviews to ensure that the charity remains competitive and an employer of choice in the local care economy and that it is successful in retaining its highly effective senior leadership team.
